Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Please note:
- Swimwear must be returned in its original, unopened packaging
- Items must be free from any signs of wear, perfume, or makeup
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened swimwear, bikinis, or separates
- All flotation devices and snorkel sets must be returned unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened swimwear (including bikinis & separates, boys’ and girls’ swimwear, training swimwear, and lifeguard swimwear). All swim caps and goggles must be returned unopened.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Options
You may choose any shipping method to return your items. We recommend:
- DHL/FedEx: Fast and trackable (typically 5-7 business days)
- EMS: More economical option (typically 10-15 business days)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia):
