Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. International customers may be responsible for customs fees and import duties.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Swimwear must be returned in unopened original packaging
  • Items must show no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened swimwear (including bikinis & separates)
  • Boys’ and girls’ swimwear (including training swimwear)
  • Lifeguard swimwear
  • Opened swim caps and goggles
  • Used flotation devices and snorkel sets

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Include all original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

Return Shipping Options

You may choose any shipping method. We recommend:

  • DHL/FedEx: Fast and trackable (5-7 business days)
  • EMS: More economical (10-15 business days)

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding some remote areas in Asia):

  • All customs fees and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • International returns typically take 2-3 weeks to reach our facility

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label
